Shipping Costs

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Arcane Nutrients is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Refund and Return Policy
At Arcane Nutrients, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Below are the details of how our refund and return process works:
1. Returns
You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@arcanenutrients.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once we approve the return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
- The original receipt or order confirmation is provided.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
- Opened products (including Lion’s Mane Gummies or any other supplements) are not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality or shipping issue.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. International Orders
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware of the following:
